A massive month beckons us all forward from the spiritual and soul work we were hopefully all caught up with back in March, to now focus on the actions we need take in the physical world and balancing these with material concerns as the planets now move forward from Pisces (except of course for Neptune who is in there for a long stay!), into Aries and then on into Taurus.

A tense T-square kicks off the month which may bring up big issues all round and it may get triggered the day it forms thanks to a mega-meeting between the Sun, Venus, Mars and Uranus in Aries. Unexpected events may shake and rattle. Roll with the cosmic punches.

The new Moon in Aries on the 10th brings in a fresh call to action over projects we may have been procrastinating over. Watch what transpires when Pluto turns retrograde in Capricorn from the 12th. He will remain retrograde until the third week of September. During this time expect scandals and issues affecting governments, big business and banks that people might have thought had died down or been dealt with to resurface once again. Our financial system may once again be under pressure. It’s time to be called to account for our actions on both a collective and individual level.

We’ll have the information we need to take appropriate action thanks to Mercury entering Aries on the 14th. If we open our mouths without thinking however, Venus enters her own sign of Taurus the following day and may smooth things over. She rules our bank accounts so this is the shift from physical to monetary action I was talking about and we should all be looking at our values and our relationship to money. The Sun enters Taurus on the 19th and Mars will follow on the 20th. The Lyrids Meteor shower occurs around the time of a fabulous Grand Earth Trine promising consolidation and if we are open, a feeling that no matter what we do have, we have more to share with others now.

Venus will oppose Saturn in Taurus’s opposite sign of Scorpio on the 22nd three days ahead of a partial lunar eclipse in Scorpio on the 25th and on the 28th the Sun in Taurus will oppose Saturn and the Sun meets Mars on the 29th when both will tangle with Saturn. Expect opposing points of view to find middle ground especially with Venus trineing Pluto also on the 29th, or else end up more divided that before owing to hasty action. On a personal level, we may feel that long established safe havens or people in positions of authority are not longer to be trusted. The shift is going to be about trusting what you have established within and inner wisdom, now more than ever before.
