Spoke with Arwen today for the first time & am impressed as said nothing about myself to begin with. She said to drink more water, not to rush things & her comment is really helpful. She picked up on my late Mum having been a very difficult person yet fortunately, there was a long term carer who loved me that helped over the years. Arwen also said am coming into a new cycle and to try and ‘raise my vibrations’ that am aware can be done by meditating more with some spiritual reading / study & going to our meditation centre. Am grateful to Arwen and wouldn’t hesitate to call her if requiring more insight…
