The end of an era marks the start of 2024, Aries. The same applies to all of us with Pluto’s move into Aquarius which occurs on January 21. Pluto has been in your 10^th house of career, status and public image since 2008. Your self-determined path, your status both in terms of what you do and also your relationships, your long term ambitions and above all, your rep or cred, have been subject to profound and permanent change.

Your 10^th house is about how high you can potentially climb. And the tools and talents you have to take you there. Your 11^th house where Pluto now shifts into, is all about how you work those with regards to others. What are you serving that sets you apart, Aries? That’s the question. Watch for what is illuminated for you – a new path ahead as the Sun and the North Node point in a definitive direction on the 4^th. Look back in periods of 19 years. What began and ended at those times. If you are now 19, this is the start of your first important karmic cycle as an adult. It is all about what you make and create. The Great North American Eclipse – a total eclipse in your sign, occurs on the 8^th. It will be visible from North America, Canada and Mexico. This eclipse packs a punch. Those of you attuned to energy shifts will start to feel the build-up two weeks beforehand. Others in the 2-3 days beforehand. Do not rush in where angels fear to tread now as is your usual impulse, Aries! Check your fierce! When you do – please slow down and take note of what it is telling you. The build up of energy will act as a trigger – especially when it comes to something you have stored or ignored. It also falls conjunct Chiron in your sign. We know eclipses conceal and total eclipses throw us completely into the dark. Therefore, what the cover-up is here may come from left-field and not be what you imagine. One more reason to slow down in the time leading up to it and for at least two days afterwards.

Do not make big, personal decisions at this time. However, the meeting between Venus and the North Node on the 18^th and the arrival of ruler Mars and its meeting to the node on May 19, points to you being back in a position to take action. Especially when it comes to you and another.

Jupiter changes signs May 25 – moving from Taurus and your money house and into Gemini and your zone of communications. Work those ideas. Writing, speaking, that podcast, business, teaching, design and photography – all forms of communication are highlighted now. Don’t talk – shout! Big up that message, that social media presence and sell yourself more effectively than ever before. Rise above the static that is others with nothing original to say.

Opportunities, solutions, travel, the chance to raise your profile and work that impulsive, charismatic magic are yours to explore. Your highlighted date of the year for this is June 3^rd when Jupiter trines Pluto. And Mercury (ruler of Gemini) does the same on the 4^th. This has never occurred in our lifetimes. Be ready to make the most of it! This also points to an escape from any money rut if that is where you have felt you have been trapped, Aries.

Your yearly love and partnership peak begins earlier than usual this year due to Venus entering its ruling 7^th August 29. You will be taking a quieter, more considered approach to love matters this year. The eclipse in April will have had a deep impact on your needs. You need to ensure they are being met before embarking on anything serious. Keep connected to this as we have another major eclipse happening during this period. A Ring of Fire (Annular) eclipse on October 2. Not quite as powerful as the previous one. But this asks that you look at any recurring issues in a current relationship. And again, if you are single and seeking, do opt out of the search until after this eclipse has passed.

Above all, make peace with your past, your past partnerships/partners, your choices and decisions. Try to release any residue during this eclipse. It will ultimately see you free to explore something better. Or reboot an existing union. Resentment, blame, guilt, regret – like toxic residue which rusts you from within – heart and soul. You don’t need that, Aries.

This year can also bring out your more vulnerable side when it comes to home, family and your needs. You are more attuned to these. But less self-protective than you may have been in the past. The year works to bring about openness when it comes to sharing what you feel.

Happiness is your truth and once more flows from those you are connected to by November when Pluto will be in permanent residence in your 11^th. We end the year with a very rare Mars retrograde. In Leo and your 5^th house (Dec 6^th). This is your house of lovers, romance, children and creativity. This retrograde also coincides with a Mercury retrograde in your 9^th. Stick to those retro rules as your 5^th is also your house of holidays. Cuffing season? You might want to resist the lure this time around if single.

The Mars retrograde will last all the way until February. But don’t think it’s all bad or slow-downs. This along with the planets entering your 10^th house (now Pluto free!) will allow you to leverage the progress you have made throughout the year.
