Tradition and innovation may seem at loggerheads this week but the question we need to ask ourselves is do they need to be? There’s no need to throw out the baby with the bathwater. On the 15th Venus and Pluto meet in Capricorn sign of tradition and establishment while squaring revolutionary Uranus in Aries and making a sextile to Saturn the ruler of Capricorn in Scorpio. If we don’t innovate and change we don’t evolve and if we don’t evolve we stagnate at best and cease to exist at worst. With Mercury and the Sun meeting in Aquarius the sign Uranus rules on the 20th, expect change to rapidly follow as structures that no longer work – and that includes our thought processes, undergo a shift.
We may also see the power of group consciousness and its ability to influence in action when a T-square forms the same day between the Moon in Taurus which will oppose Saturn in Scorpio and square off Mars also in Aquarius. There is a message here to wait to act until all the information has been gathered – Mars tends to rush into things without looking at the bigger picture. But rest assured, there’s a soul calling going out to get ready for transformative action and seeing how you as an individual fit into the whole when it comes to soul evolution on planet Earth right now.
Remember – nothing can stand still or remain the same and while some thoughts and structures will survive because they have value, just because ‘it’s always been done that way’ is no excuse not to change for the better in the future. So look at what needs to be let go of and what you need to take with you. Let’s face it – evolution and that includes evolution of the soul, is a product of past lessons, present needs and future visions.
