Weekly General Astrology Forecast June 12th 2023

No more love whose Use By date has expired!

Where do those boundaries need to be drawn?

Discover new ways to deal with the old

Hold on to that truth and maintain those hard-won boundaries as Saturn turns retrograde in Pisces from the 17th.

Pisces rules higher knowledge, what is hidden from plain sight, our intuition, compassion and empathy. Our highest potential and beliefs. It is also the sign of illusion and delusion. Where we have no boundaries. Saturn serves reality – the hard core and inescapable variety. And those rings tell you it is all about boundaries. Think Gandalf in Lord of the Rings: You shall not pass. That is a classic Saturn moment in the trilogy.

Saturn represents the wise elder or teacher. Either in outer form. Or our inner wise shaman or wizard. Pisces also rules the past. While Saturn rules timing and karma. As it turns back, it will ask us what lessons we have learned from our past, whether we have taken them on board. And also if we are now able to apply them. Or do we just allow the past to continue to repeat itself?

We always have a choice in the matter. Saturn backwards in here may allow the past to return to test us. This is how Saturn assesses how much we have learned and integrated. And whether or not we are given a pass which allows us to move on to the new karma and rewards. Or whether or not we are to be held back and repeat until we get it.

The past could reappear in the form of someone who has no boundaries themselves. Or who has taken advantage of our love, generosity and compassionate nature. Or this can be a pattern we think we have dealt with. Resurfacing again. How we deal with them or it this time around, determines whether we are released from a cycle or replay it again. It can be our own tendency to self-sabotage or tendency to make the same choices that can return to trip us up or test us. Just as easily as it can be that person who asks us to give them one more chance. Saturn rules time don’t forget. If they are saying they have changed, then allow enough time to see whether or not this is the case.

Keep those boundaries in place and a firm footing in reality and you won’t go wrong during this Saturn retro cycle. And graduation to a new level of soul attainment could just follow.

If the old does reappear, we can all access new ways of dealing with it. Or see what alternatives are now open to us as the new Moon in Gemini (18th), is definitely one that says out with the old and in with the new! We won’t want to be rehashing the same old ideas or having the same conversations any longer. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt which is now all washed out anyway. We are all going to be craving something more soul-sparking and enticing.

For Geminis, this new Moon marks the astrological start of their new cycle no matter what date their birthday actually falls on. |The past now hold zero allure as they look ahead to what possibilities lie ahead for the future. Old ideas get replaced by something brilliant and new. What doesn’t need to go past this date is anything past its Use By one. That includes the same situation or dialogue you keep having. Yes, Saturn tells us what goes around, comes around. But putting a ring around it means it goes no further. High time this week.

In a nutshell: Something from the past needs to be left there. Time to draw a line under it and show it goes no further as Saturn heads backwards in Pisces. The new Moon in Gemini hands us fresh ideas. Ditch the ones which have passed their Use By date this week!
